Refund Eligibility

We want every client to be satisfied with our work. Our refund policy is as follows:

Before Work Begins

If you cancel your project before any development work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment.

During Development

If you cancel after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed. We will provide a detailed breakdown of work done.

After Delivery

Once the final deliverables have been approved and handed over, no refunds will be issued. We encourage thorough review during the revision phase.

Revisions

All packages include reasonable revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
