Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using avolo.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

Avolo provides website development, business automation, AI integration, and related digital services. Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon before work begins.

Payment Terms

• Pricing is as listed on our Pricing page or as agreed in a custom proposal
• Payment is required as per the agreed schedule before delivery of final files
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom work created for your project is transferred to you. Avolo retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Avolo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
